This Circular provides guidance on the order and procedures for auctioning assets that are bad debts and collateral assets of bad debts purchased by the Asset Management Company from Vietnamese credit institutions according to the provisions of Decree No. Decree No. 53/2013/ND-CP (hereinafter referred to as auctioned assets).
